Weekends and Day 5 of Step Challenge-She Splendid With Kimberly Conrad

Most entrepreneurs I know do some sort of work 7 days a week. Even if you LOVE what you do, this can be daunting. I made a decision recently that if I am going to do any work on Saturday or Sunday, it will be for me alone. It is hard to set boundaries with clients when you have had virtually none, but it's so very important to have time off.

I know many coaches who when building their practices make themselves available to clients 24/7, myself included. I'm not sure that is ever a good idea, but I know there comes a time when if that has been your practice, it needs to stop. Care for yourself as much as you care for others. Honor yourself enough to give YOU the gift of uninterrupted time. Time to do for yourself, and to renew.

Yesterday was day 5 of the 10,000 steps challenge. I got 14,692 steps!

Remember the 5 day Workweek Hustle Step Challenge I was invited to participate in? Well, I actually won😍. And I only had to ice my feet and back twice, and sleep with my feet in Icy-Hot patches twice🤣🤣🤣. I started the week with my own challenge to get 10,000 steps a day, but joining this other challenge forced me to up my game. I had no idea I could even get 83,196 steps in 5 days......but.....I showed up for myself and witnessed a mini-miracle🤣🤣.
