Nothing is Wasted and Day 3 of Step Challenge-She Splendid With Kimberly Conrad
Yesterday was Day 3 of the 10,000 steps challenge.
I got 12,010 steps. I did not get in additional cardio but I'm happy with the steps, considering it was a long computer day, and I was out last night, so no evening exercise. What is your favorite form of exercise? Are you a morning exerciser, evening, or both?
