GOOD MORNING! If you are on the east coast, it's already noon. Can you believe....I slept in AGAIN? This exercise in listening closely to body has been pretty enlightening.
Two very long nights of sleep now. I think I'm going to continue to not set the alarm for a few more days, just to see what happens! Normally my coaching calls begin early, but due to Hubby's recent surgery, I had scheduled myself very lightly this week just in case, and it turned out to be exactly what my body needed. I am curious, is there anyone out there who as a regular practice, sleeps until your body wakes you, or does everyone set an alarm?
